Erich is a 1998 graduate of Marquette University Law School and a 1995 graduate of Indiana University — Bloomington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He is licensed in all Wisconsin state circuit and federal district courts. Erich achieved a BV Distinguished™ rating from martindale.com, and has several other distinguishing awards, including:
He was named Top 40 under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers for 2012 and 2013. In 2014 he was named Top 100 by The National Trial Lawyers. He was named Top 100 Litigation Lawyer by The American Society of Legal Advocates for 2013 and 2014.
When not advocating on behalf of Wisconsin accident victims, Erich enjoyed volunteering with as a Judge for the Wisconsin High School Mock Trial, a counselor for the Milwaukee Bar Association Attorney Hotline, and an attorney in the Small Claims Clinic of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
Erich has attained a reputation as one of the top lawyers in Milwaukee for personal injury litigation. Unlike other practitioners in the area, Erich does not simply process his clients’ claims for quick settlement. He is passionate about obtaining maximum compensation for his clients’ injuries, and he is not afraid to take insurance companies and large corporations to court to win the compensation his clients deserve. Erich works with his clients to understand their personal circumstances and concerns, and then develops an aggressive, effective case strategy that keeps their bests interests in mind.
Perhaps this is why fellow top attorneys in Milwaukee have described Erich as, “a true advocate for his clients [who] delivers great results,” and, “a step ahead of the defense.”
